Whipped Strawberry Butter

Whipped butter folded with fresh summer strawberries. Pairs with sparkling rose.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Red Feather Butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar or honey (optional)

Method

  1. Finely chop the strawberries.
  2. Add them to the softened butter.
  3. Mix or whisk until well combined.
  4. Stir in powdered sugar or drizzle honey for a touch of sweetness.
